1. Returns Eligibility

You may return an item if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • It is in its original condition and packaging

  • All tags, labels, and accessories are intact

  • You notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:

  • Bespoke or custom-made items

  • Bridal wear made to order

  • Event planning or styling services

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty or misdescribed.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please fill out the form on our Return Page. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Inspection

Once your return is received, it will be inspected.

Approval

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or sent in error.

5. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrectly supplied

if approved, we will replace the item with the same product (subject to availability).

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Return shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

  • If the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping

We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once processing has begun, address changes may not be possible.
